Snatch one rep every minute on the minute for 15 minutes.
My hip does not hurt. I can pick things off the ground without discomfort... BUT I have that feeling of tension, constantly, feeling like I have to "pop" my hip. Sleep is not going to be restful. Thank goodness tomorrow is all arms.
I am wearing my love on my sleeve. I'm giving it freely. I'm open to receiving it, as well. Today it feels easy.
