Weighted push-up 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
My weights: 10-15-20-25F-22.5-22.5-25!
Wowsers, I did better than I thought. I just got a legit push up like 2 months ago. I still use the band when WODs call for high reps of PUs. Therefore my expectations were low.

Push ups
KB Swings 1/2 pood
Knees to Bar
My Time- ~9:25
I think this is what made my arms sore today.
