I'm happy with the work I did today. Sad that the past few WODs have been squat heavy, and the outcome is a consistently inflamed hip flexor. I have been icing after every class. It helps relieve the "pain"/tension.
I think I want to attempt to set a new 1RM Back Squat PR in the very near future. I definitely feel stronger. The 105 set wasn't heavy but not difficult. I wasn't at failure.
My legs are pretty wrecked. I'm somewhat glad that it's a met-con day tomorrow.
