275 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
50 Double-unders
I liked this WOD. I think I could have done it faster. I really wanted sub 8 mins. Oh well. I'm getting a lot better at double unders- Yay! My back is still being funny. I went light on the DL. I rolled it last night, then iced it when I got home. It felt really good. I'll do my best to keep that up.
I worked at Dreamworks today, so I was on my feet for 8 hours. My back feels fine. I think I'm going to do a light Fran at LAX Crossfit tonight. Just to get some met-con in. I'm a sicko for that bitch.
