PRs all around! I'm happy... how could I not be. I went 5#s on all 3 lifts. I did attempt 130# on the BS and almost died. Alex was spotting me and didn't realize I was tipping forward and almost smashed my face into the ground with 130#s on my back. Not fun at all.
I am filled with happiness. Can you feel me smiling right now?
