Day 1
Woke up about an hour ago; got a little over 5 hours sleep. Weighed in at 106.4.
Breakfast of 2blocks:
2 eggs
1 grapefruit
6 almonds
Lunch will be enjoyed in a restaurant so this shall be interesting.
I will add more to this later today.

2oz steak
2 cups salad greens
3 cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
1 chicken drumstick
3 ea baby bok choy
2 mushrooms sm.
1/2 cantaloup
2oz meatball
1/2 tomato sauce
Olive oil
16oz Racer 5
Day 1 down.
