Three rounds for time, with a 20 minute time limit:
Row 500 meters
10 Squat Clean to Overhead (135/83)
10 Pull ups (kipping or strict, chin clearly over the bar, full arm extension at the bottom, no butterfly)
I modified it to 10 Squat Cleans (no overhead) @ 40#s and did strict pull up with band.
My time: 20:01 I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuckin' one second over. I would be DNF at Sectionals. Shame on me. But I guess since I didn't do it as prescribed I guess I shouldn't be to hard on myself. I'm glad that I finished.
What did I eat today?
6oz Clam Chowder
1/2 of small Crab cake, they were gross.
2oz Sweet potato puree
2oz Beef Jerky
4 chocolate covered macadamia nuts
2oz sweet potato puree
No beer today! Yay!
