I have a feeling that my official start day of my 30 really can't start until I receive The Paleo Diet book in the mail; I ordered from Amazon over the weekend. For me, compliance is key.
My rules:
- No Grains, including corn.
- No Dairy
- No white potatoes
- No Alcohol
- Nightshades are ok
- Vinegar is ok
- Fatty meat cuts and offal are ok
- No added SALT
- No SUGAR
- Only Coconut Oil and Olive Oil. No BUTTER.
- Organic, grassfed, wild caught meat, all animals from the land/sea/sky.
- Bacon and Sausage should be uncured.
- Sweet Potatoes are ok in moderation
- All whole fruits and veggies
Time to feed myself :)
