Mid-morning Split Jerk

Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

I really like this movement. Now I just have to work on my core strength and start building on heavier weight.

I had Bacon and Eggs cooked in Coconut oil. I think the coconut oil fucked up my stomach.

Lunch was the CPK Standard

1 cup of asparagus soup
half miso Salad- Yummy
