My sickness has taken away my appetite, but I forced myself to eat.

1 sm paige tangerine, that was so yummy
1oz canned tuna
1/2 Cashew-chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread
1 sm lady apple
1oz trail mix
1 sm tangerine
8oz. milk
I don' think this was even 1000 calories.
Oh. I can see the weight loss. Especially my back roll is disappearing and my saddle bags have shrunk.
